Withdrawal & Retraction Policy
Withdrawal and Retraction Policy
The International Journal of Intelligent Computing and Security in Analytics and Applications (IJICAA) follows strict ethical publishing standards and provides clear policies regarding manuscript withdrawal and article retraction.
Manuscript Withdrawal Policy
Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscript during the initial submission or review stage by submitting a formal request to the editorial office. Withdrawal requests must include valid reasons and confirmation from all co-authors.
Once the manuscript has entered the peer review process or production stage, withdrawal requests may not be accepted unless justified by valid ethical or academic reasons.
Article Retraction Policy
Published articles may be retracted under the following circumstances:
• Evidence of plagiarism
• Data fabrication or falsification
• Duplicate publication
• Ethical violations
• Major research errors affecting results or conclusions
Retraction Procedure
When ethical violations are identified, the editorial board conducts investigation and communicates with authors. If misconduct is confirmed, the article will be retracted and clearly marked as retracted on the journal website.
Correction Policy
Minor errors that do not affect scientific integrity may be corrected through erratum or corrigendum notices.
Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for maintaining research integrity and ethical compliance throughout submission and publication.
